Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned electronics gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
